Yes, in fact that is *all* you can do...

VirtualServer2005 R2 SP1 can only handle 32 bit guests. If you want 64
bit guests (which is not what you are asking for) then you need the
Hyper-V; this is a completely different product.

Windows2003Server\VM2005

I have Windows 2003 R2 64 bit running as the OS, on my server. I was
wanting to setup a couple of VM' s on this machine. Can I install WM
2005 on this OS and use a 32 bit os on each vm?
