How did you do Hyper-V?

I have read much material about hyper-v used the MAP application, and have
a pretty good understanding about how virtualization works and what it can do
for me. Having said that--I'm looking for some "real world" answers. How
have you integrated hyper-v into your enterprise? How did you determine the
size of your VHD? What servers and apps were the prime candidates? Has it
lived up to your expectations?

I welcome your thoughts and experiences as I set out on my virtualization
journey.

Thanks for sharing.
