Vista - Events 592, 600, 593 repeat every minute after installing Virtual

Greetings,
I installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 on a Windows 2003 SP 2 server, and since
the installation I am getting event IDs 592,600, 593 repeated every minute,
24/7. Here are a couple of sample log entries

I have other servers running Virtual Server 2005 R2 on the same OS and they
do not have this issue. Any ideas why these events are being generated?
