| | SCVMM 2008 cloning fails I have SCVMM 2008 installed on Windows 2008. I also have a Server 2008 Enterprise Full Version with Hyper-V installed & a Hyper-V core system. All are the latest releases from MSDN. I've been able to add multiple VS 2005 hosts to SCVMM and their associated hosts function correctly. I am able to clone between those hosts. When I try to clone a host from my Server 2008 full version system to the Hyper-V core system, I get an error: An internal error has occurred trying to contact an agent on the SCVMM2008_server.acelab.com server. (Element not found (0x80070490)) I'm logging in to SCVMM as a domain admin. The SCVMM machine has been plaed in the local administrators group on the core machine. What am I missing? |
