Vista - how to activate the menu from hyper-v standalone server ?

how to activate the menu from hyper-v standalone server ?

I just installed the stand-alone hypver-v standalone server. As u know the
menu is in Blue color.

If i exit to cmd prompt, how do i activate the menu without re-logon ?
