Hyper-V Server 2008 RPC is not running

Hi
I installed Hyper-V 2008 Server "NOT windows core with Hyper-V role "and
Installed Vista SP1 with Hyper-V Manager in Virtaul PC 2007
When I try to connect from the Manager I got this Message
"can not connect to the RPC service on computer 'ComputerName'. Make sure
your RPC service is running"
could any one tell me What I'm missing or how to run RPC service?
I can ping between Vista and Hyper-v
I made the BOIS change of 'Excute disable bit'
Thanks for your help
