Hyper-V and SCVMM resource control

Hi All - using the Hyper-V Manager I can set reservations/limits for the vCPU
using the Resource Control tab under the processor section of the VM config -
however I can’t find a similar option when using SCVMM 2008.

Is it possible to do this using SCVMM - seems a bit daft not to be able to.

Thanks
