Hyper-V and DOS

Will I be able to run a DOS VM in Hyper-V ? I am currently runnig DOS
applications in VS VMs on a 32 bit 3 Ghz WinXp PC. The system requies network
access between the DOS VMs. Assuning I have a 64 bit multi core 3 Ghz Vista,
or Win7 PC, can I expect any preformance improvement on the Hyper-V machine ?
How about network access between the DOS VMs.

Should I stay with a 32 bit VS on the new multi core PC ?

Re: Hyper-V and DOS

A performance improvement? We're still talking about DOS here, right? :->
Seriously, probably not. Network devices will still be running in DOS as
well...I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for fantastic improvements, just
by moving this environment to Hyper-V... Also, 32-bit vs 64-bit shouldn't
have any impact - again, it's STILL DOS!!! :->

Hope this helps,
