A performance improvement? We're still talking about DOS here, right? :->
Seriously, probably not. Network devices will still be running in DOS as
well...I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for fantastic improvements, just
by moving this environment to Hyper-V... Also, 32-bit vs 64-bit shouldn't
have any impact - again, it's STILL DOS!!! :->
