| | SCVMM refreshing Ok, I am sooooo new to the Hyper V world so pardon my multiple posts. I have a simple need but it's turning out to be not so simple. We are running a W2003 TS environment. As a push for virtualization and refreshing, we want to do 1-to-1 installations of a pristine Terminal Server vhds to multiple servers running W2008 Standard (one HyperV license). As a means of making this easier, my boss needs these virtual servers refreshed one a week, restoring them back to the state they were in when we snapshotted them. Is there a way to automate this process rather than having to spend every Sunday night restoring all of these to their snapshots? On a side note, using SCVMM, I was able to transfer a VHD to the local library on a server, however, trying to do a P to V push, the VHD does not show up in the Library. Any ideas there? TIA! |
