Vista - Virtualization learning

Hey guys

I am very interested in learning about blade servers and virtualization
environments but my current work environment does not have any, still using
old servers (. Does anybody knows if there are any free simulation
programs on the Internet which can get me going? like creating a setup and
be able to administer it like in real life...something like Cisco's packet
tracer but involving blade servers and virtualization, hypervisor config
etc?
