Unexpected shut down of the guest operating system.

I am getting the error message "<COMPUTERNAME>" was turned off by shutting
down the guest operating system. The only issue is that I am not trying to
shut down the Guest OS! I am simply trying to connect, via Remote Desktop,
or via the Administration website. There are no errors or issues. In the
event viewer, it appears as though the host OS only see a legitimate,
orderly shutdown of the Guest OS.

Here's the activity:

4:21:49 PM Remote Control The user "DOMAIN\USERNAME
" at Internet address XX.XX.XX.XX has disconnected from the VMRC server.

4:21:49 PM Setting Change The setting "settings/shutdown/quit/was_running"
for the virtual machine configuration "<COMPUTERNAME>" was changed from true
to false.
2/10/2009
4:21:49 PM Virtual Machine "<COMPUTERNAME>" was turned off by shutting down
the guest operating system.
2/10/2009
4:21:49 PM Setting Change The setting "hardware/bios/time_bytes" for the
virtual machine configuration "<COMPUTERNAME>" was changed.
