VS2005R2 on W2K3 Web edition ?

I would install Virtual Server 2005R2 on a Windows Server 2003 Web Edition.

Is it possible ?

Thank you

Would be a violation of the EULA, even if not technically blocked. Read the
Web Edition EULA. It is very restrictive
