Understanding and Optimizing Virtual Networks in Hyper-V

3 types, namly External, Internal and Private nework. I kow the definitions,
but i want to optimize it such that every NIC cards are fully utilised for
usage.

My current physical host has 4 NICs, not team yet. 3 NICs are disabled and 1
enabled to work for External Network. I want to make full use of the other 3
disabled NIC cards.I've 3 guests running on my physical hosts. My setup as
follows.

External network called LAN which uses only 1 NIC card. I wish to setup
Internal and Private Network.

Questions : (assuming i enabled the other 3 NIC cards)
a) how do i setup internal and private network ? Do i need to assign a
physical NIC address ?
B) should i used NIC teaming to the External Network (called *LAN*) ?

How can i optimise every card ?
