| | Re: Hyper-V Host - Domain or Workgroup? If you have a single DC, and it's a child VM on the same physical box as the parent, then you really don't want the parent to be domain joined. It can get messy. If you have a second DC, and it's on a different physical box? | | Re: Hyper-V Host - Domain or Workgroup? Thanks Charlie! My setup: Main DC = server1 Backup DC = server2 Hyper-v host server = server3 Each server is a physical box, so I am guessing with my configuration I will be fine with it on the domain. |

| | Re: Hyper-V Host - Domain or Workgroup? Yup. You're good. And domain joined is way easier to administer. -- Charlie. http://msmvps.com/blogs/xperts64 http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/charlie.russel "FroggEye" <contact@newsgroup> wrote in message news:EF00D1D3-3F8C-4449-A05A-DAEC1845F078@newsgroup Quote: > Thanks Charlie!
