Migration from physical host to VM

Wondering with MS Hyper-V server 2008, is it possible to migrate a physical
host to VM? This would be great for testing application install or upgrade
beforehand.

Thanks.

Re: Migration from physical host to VM

System Center Virtual Machine Manager has a P-to-V (Physical to Virtual)
wizard.

Even of you don't keep it long term, there is an "evaluation version" with a
180-day license.
