Vista - attach VS2005 vhd with scsi or IDE when vhd is on IDE

attach VS2005 vhd with scsi or IDE when vhd is on IDE

on a W2008 pc with os is on SATA drives but the vhd's are on IDE drive.
is it better to use ide attach the VHD or the other way?

thank you for the great info.

how about xp vm that is primarily used in rdp setting? would there still be
more beneficial to use scsi drive connection along with vmadditions?

Thank you all very much

The VMs with scsi attached VHD seem to be more responsive than previously
with similar hardware IDE attached VHD under W2008;
definitely a lot better than vpc2007 hosted by xp on the same hardware.
