Vista - Vista Setup guide including IIS

Hi guys I was wondering if there was a set up guide to follow for Vista
including how to set up and configure IIS , I've not used IIS past 5.1 and
im quite lost!
Also I noticed that when I was trying to set this up last night that I was
advised to use SSL
I couldn't work out how to set that up either

I did follow the guide included but I didn't get any set up options so im a
bit confused , I think the installation didn't complete as it should, so I
might just need to reinstall

It would help if you specified *what* you are trying to install....
(I assume you are not talking of a setup guide to install Vista in a
virtual machine?)
And why do you want to bring up installation of IIS in a forum for
virtualization?
