| | remote access LAN hyper-V outside office Dear All, I am a CLOUD provider. How I can assign a VM to a customer (no Real IP for hyperV server but also the VM guest) such that he can remote control it? I installed a SCVMM and he can login the self-service portal and see all the machines which i assigned to him. However, no matter "connect to VM" or "Remote Desktop", it prompt me: VMM failed to connect to the vm because the domain name could not be contacted. (Certainly, they all internal IP - 192.168.X.X, such that it can't be access remotely.) What I did: NAT the SCVMM Server to a public domain and opened the portal port. If I want to do this, how can it work? thanks. AlexLiHK |
