    DisableTaskOffload in my VM and HOST

    Hi to all and sorry for my English please.

    I have a Virtual Server 2005 R2 ENT host, running on W2k3 R2 ENT SP2.
    The host emulate 3 virtual machine: ISA 2006, AD, EXCHANGE 2003

    I notice some performance issues in my connectivity, the performance are
    very poor.

    I read this
    http://www.markwilson.co.uk/blog/200...offloading.htm, but I don’t understand something about this:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters]
    "EnableTCPA"=dword:00000000
    "EnableRSS"=dword:00000000
    "DisableTaskOffload"=dword:00000001

    Is it a best practice for may case:
    - Update these value on ISA (VM GUEST)
    - Update these value on PHISICAL HOST
    - Update these value on ISA (VM GUEST) and AD (VM GUEST) and
    EXCHANGE (VM GUEST)
    - Update these value on ISA (VM GUEST) and AD (VM GUEST) and
    EXCHANGE (VM GUEST) and PHISICAL HOST

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your reply but I found this post

    authors said:
    “I was handed the solution: Disable TCP Offloading in the VM in stead of on
    the host”

    Can you confirm for “Update these value on PHISICAL HOST” only please?

    Thank you enough
