1.) Possible? Yes. Safe? No. You should never run anything on the hyper-v
host except the hyper-v role, full stop. And certainly NOT a domain
controller. (And in the specific case of SBS 2008, it is not technically
possible to run the hyper-v role on the main SBS server. )
2.) You would need two Windows Server licenses, plus the TS CALs.
3.) The way to do this is: Install Windows Server 2008 Standard. Add the
Hyper-V role. Then create the first VM and install Windows Server with that
same license. This will be your DC. Do NOT join the host to the domain if
this is your only DC. Next, create a second VM and install Windows Server on
it (with a different license). This will be your Terminal Server.
