You need to create networks. The choices are External, Internal, or Private.
Read the descriptions to understand the differences. Then go to the
Settings for each VM and add a second network card, and map it to a network.
If you are running an older, legacy operating system,, or one that doesn't
have Integration Components (ICs) available, you'll need to add Legacy
Network Adapters, not Network Adapters. These are lower performance emulated
NICs, but ones that virtually all OS's have drivers
