| | accessing administrator emails/files Hi, I have Vista Home Premium and was using the Administrator account for emails, internet and files. I have added a standard user for internet/email use to make the computer safer from problems. I am completely new to Vista, and have no idea how to access received emails/contacts, favourites and files that are on the Administrator account when I am using the standard user. I had a problem with the computer and it had to be rebooted back to original condition. The computer repair guy saved emails and files in a folder which are on the administrator user account. How do I access them? I don't want to use the administrator account as my regulator account. Also, how do I copy email messages, settings and contacts from Outlook Express on XP to Windows Mail on Vista? I have stuff on another computer that I need to copy to my computer, but don't know how to do it. I only want my files etc, not all the files on the computer. Thanks TB An ignorant vista newbie |
