Administrator rights problem

Aftter successfully intalling several items of software on a new laptop
(Vista OS) I cannot load my camera software as it is insisting I need
administrator rights. But I AM the administrator!! I have set up a new
admin account and changed the original to standard but it still says I no
rights. I have no need of the administrator security system so would prefer
to just turn it off, but how??

Hello,

* can you right-click the setup exe file and select "Run as administrator"?
* To turn off UAC (User account control), follow these steps:
