Vista - standard accounts with parental time contols

I have set-up an administrator account and two seperate standard accounts for
my teenagers. The only parental controls I have applied are time
limitations. The standard accounts are not being allowed to access web sites
(imvu) (utube) from the standard accounts. I have rechecked to make sure
there are no restrictions on web viewing, but the problem still exist. I am
having difficulty utilizing the standard accounts with parental control
options if the standard accounts cannot access certain sites. Single mom of
two teenagers...Please help me solve this delimma. I need all the parental
resources available to me.

You might double check to see if you have those website addresses listed in the "Allowed websites" list and what web restriction level you have set for web content. This tutorial will show you how.
