Vista Tutorial - change administrator

i need to change the administrator on my computer and noone can remember the
password to the administrator account. how can i change it or start a new
admin account. so i can download acrobat on my computer. please help

If you try the 2nd or 3rd procedure listed at that link, be VERY careful to
do them exactly as outlined. In particular, you should probably back up all
data on the system before doing anything else. The procedures work. I have
deliberately tried them myself to be sure that they are valid.

And the fact that my screen name is very close to the screen name of the
fellow who runs that site is purely coincidence. He seems to know what he's
doing. Whether or not I know what I'm doing is up for debate.
