user account can't print

I have a laptop with windows vista home premium set up on a wireless home
network. I also have a windows 98 desktop on the network that i am using as
the print server. I have successfully installed my HP Photosmart 7550
printer and
can print fine when logged into my profile on the laptop. When my wife logs
on to her profile, she can not print. The printer is visible and selected as
the default, all settings, port, ect. are the same and all users have the
same access level to the printer. When trying to print the job goes in the
que box and then shows "error", with no code or explanation. We both have
administrative rights, mine print, hers does not. Any ideas on a possible
cause and fix? Thanks.
