| | Cant Access/create new User Account Since Vista day 1 I created 3 accounts one with admin the others without. Had it for almost 6 months. Yesterday I switched users, it cliced over, the screen went black and I waited for it to load for 5 minutes, an NOTHING happened. I could ctrl alt del, and it would bring up the menu instantly, things were running, and could switch back to the user with admin. It does it on both the non-admin accounts. It doesn't work if I give the others admin, and I can't create a new account. Same Problem. ANY HELP!?!?! John |

| | RE: Cant Access/create new User Account Use netplwiz from the command line, it works when the gui interface doesn't work at all. To get to comand line, click the start button, then in space immediately above where it says start search type in netplwiz and pressenter, then you get a interface that actually works !
