Merging user account?

Hello,

Yesterday my girlfriend plugged in her Ipod and installed some Itunes
software on my Vista Ultimate installation, and everything went crazy.

To make it short. When I start up the machine my desktop is gone. I get
an error message saying:

c:\users\MBS\Desktop is not accessible - The directory name is invalid

When I look in c:\users\MBS\ the "desktop" is not there. I managed to
recover the complete "MBS" user folder with som recovering software.

My question is: How do I merge all the recovered data into a new user
account, or preferably into my excisting MBS user account?

/Martin
