| | Incorrect Password My daughter got a new laptop for Christmas with Windows Vista - we went thru the set up and now she can't sign on because of an incorrect password. I've tried to create a password reset disk but I can't even get to the start button to make the disk. Any suggestions? |

I just wanted to let everyone know that I got this to work but I had to "restore to factory settings". After that it came up and I had to go thru the entire set up again. It took me about 30 minutes, but at least she can log on now.
