Vista - Installing from the web

I have a new Acer Aspire 9300 Laptop with Windows Vista.
I download Netflix Movie Viewer from Netflix.com.
When I try to install it to my hard drive,I gbet the following message.
The Syatem Administrator has set policies tyo prevent this installation.
My account is Administrator,
I,ve tried enabling all cookies and enabling active X.
Even downloading a new Active X.
I'm lost.

Try right clicking the setup file and select "Run as Administrator".

See if that works.

I just got a new laptop with Vista on it as well. I was getting the
same error while trying to install the netflix movie veiwer. I fixed it
by going into user accounts and turning off User Access Control (last
option). I installed the player, then turned it back on.
