| | Welcome page user account identification Please help. There is only the administrator account showing on the welcome page. I have set up 2 other accounts in the Manage accounts section however they do not show on the welcome page. |

| Vista Ultimate X64 | Re: Welcome page user account identification Hi Julie, I noticed this one time and come to find out the accounts were locked. I had to unlock the accounts before they would show up. Here is what I did: Click on Vista Start button (orb) > Right click on My Computer and click on Manage. Then click on Local Users and Groups > Users > Right click the user name in question and go to Properties. Then check and see if there is a check box for "account is locked out". Raj |
