Need help quite urgently,

i was bieng an idiot and trying to sort out my user profiles because everything seemed to be having a problem.
So i went into Computer>SystemProperties>user Profiles> i found an account i was using (alex). i then decided i would create a new one that was connected to my office domain.
so i did. and it checked the names on the server and found Alex.office - perfect i thought.



I then proceeded to 'remove' the existing account (alex).
Thinking - it will just put all the things that i had into the account and merge it.

MY MISTAKE - and in hindsight what an idiot i was for thinking that.

Now all my outlook/my sync files etc.. etc.. that were on my other user account (alex) have to be redone onto this new user.

However there is an Account Unkown (old alex) in the user profiles, which has 21.GB of used data and i was wondering is there anyway of getting this Account Unkonwn - Reasigned as the Alex User or any username (and have all my default settings / desktop/outlook/sync files etc..?)
