Vista - Product Key??

I have buy Windows Vista and there is a product key i have to write "in the
computer".....but when i have written it, the computer tell me that my
Product Key is wrong....i dont understand that, because the Product key is
true and i have buy the cd!!!!
so can someone help me??

Hi Steve.

You have to phone Microsoft in your country and talk to a customer Service
representative.
If you can follow this link and then find the same Kb823570 for your
language, you'll get the phonenumber.

Hi Steve,

You will most likely just need to do a phone activation. This will show you how.
