Admin access to other users' recycle bins

I keep tabs on my daughter by seeing that her msn conversations etc get saved
to the computer. she has figured it out and now deletes the files. i do not
have access to her recycle bin and have looked at every option to be able to
view her recycle bin and/or deleted files. if there is not a way to see this
then i'd like the option of either stopping her from sending items to the
recycle bin or re-directing them to a file on the administrator side. I've
been searching for a solution for days so any help is greatly appreciated. oh
yea on my side i have a C: and a D: but no listing of other users nor does it
let me go into any others. Thank you in advance. P.S. Using windows vista.

RE: Admin access to other users' recycle bins

Well... no offence but that not very nice.... i mean you reading her
conversations. You may have your motives but it will ALWAYS hurts
relationships to spy.

Anyway you CAN use any free undelete utility to undelete them... and read
all you want.... here http://undelete-plus.com/files/undelete_plus.exe
