| | Changed password but now Can't get back in! I have administrator account and changed my password 2 days ago. However, I can no longer sign in at all even though I know I'm using the right password. I've been told the only option is to reinstall the system but as its new and it was a prelaoded computer I don't have any discs. What can I do? Please help. |

| | Re: Changed password but now Can't get back in! Sugarmus You need to read the documentation that came with the computer. All pre-installed computers will have an option to recover the system back to the way it was when you received it. This may be in the form of a recovery partition or DVD. If you cannot find the documentation, call the maker of the computer for instructions. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Desktop Experience "Surgarmus" <Surgarmus@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:488CB406-32B6-42FA-AE2A-6EB71C60B8D8@xxxxxx Quote: >I have administrator account and changed my password 2 days ago.
