Cannot get Disney.com to work with Parental Controls

I've been working on this problem for MONTHS. The TV and Games sections on
Disney.com will not come up when logged in with an account with Vista
Parental Controls turned on. I have scanned the HTML and have placed every
single HTTP address I've found into the "allowed" section of the Parental
Controls Web Site Content (including some shameful Javascript URL
concatenation that Disney blatantly uses to trick ad-blocking software). But
still, the page will not display.

The screen goes black with a Flash ad at the top and another in the bottom
right, both of which link to external sites. No matter what I do, I cannot
get into any of the Disney.com Games or TV pages.

If I turn off Parental Controls or log on as an Administrator, it works
fine. But otherwise, Parental Controls is blocking something that I cannot
figure out.
