Our adminstrative account is locked and can not unlock it. How can I get

Hi Larry,

Do you mean it is in the "Lock" screen?

Do you mean that it is not accepting you password?

Please reply back with some more details, and hopefully I will be able to help you.

Larry,

You can try METHOD THREE in this tutorial, or another one if you are able to, to reset the password for that account to gain access again.
