Password Crack/delete programs

Hi Folks.

Does anyone know of a good password recovery tool that will work on a
Dell 6400 Inspiron Laptop with Windows vista home basic?

I have forgotten my password (or my password doesnt work?) and now
cannot log in. I am the only user on the laptop andthere is no option to
switch user.

I tried using Ophcrack liveCD but it loaded up and then asked me which
hashes(!?) i wanted to use, i was sure it was meant to be automatic.

I really dont have the expertise to use Ophcrack.

Method Three in this tutorial is a good one to use.
