active directory console

I am trying to add an active directory console (MMC) like I had in XP. Is
there an administrative tools that can be downloaded? It was included in SP2
for XP, is there something similar in Vista?

Re: active directory console

Does Microsoft plan on releasing a version that actually works with Vista
without jumping through all of these hoops and then still having missing
tabs, etc?

The GPOGUY-- Group Policy Blog: GPMC not part of Vista, SP1:
http://sdmsoftware.com/blog/2007/08/...vista_sp1.html

There is no 'official' release date for the RSAT tools, but they have stated
that it will be 'any day now'.

Keep an eye on this webpage for the latest info.
