how do you have all accounts have the same config

I would like to config one account and have all other accounts reflect the
same config. Or how can I have more than one email account in one account. I
hate this email thing under vista.

You need to reword this so we know what you are asking for.

For example accounts are different by definition. What is it that you feel
needs to be the same? What do you mean "...email account in one account".
What accounts? E-mail account, User account, what? And what e-mail client
are you talking about? Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail? or something else.

Re: how do you have all accounts have the same config

This is a new home pc. I have three different family members using this pc. I
would like to just have all of us on one login and account. But we have each
different email accounts and with outlook express we could just switch
identaties. If i'm understand Vista I need different users setup which I
hate. I have set up one user and finding out that the icons/programs I set up
under one user will not show up when switch user. How can I set up everything
under one user and have it show up on the other user's desktop. If I could
run outlook express in Vista would resolve the whole issue. Just need to have
different email account accessable under one user.

Also finding out software programs I had installed under XP won't work in
Vista and most of them either have not or will not make new upgrades to
accomindate Vista.

Well, right now, Windows Mail (WM) behaves just like Outlook Express (OE) in
this regard. If you have three accounts all the incoming mail will end up
in one inbox. You can play around with message rules to re-route mail to
different folders if you want. You can select from which outgoing account
you want composed mail to be sent from. That sound like what you want. If
not, you might try downloading Windows Live Mail (WLM). you have a little
more control over the accounts and most people like it better. You can find
it on the MS site.
