explorer 7 and protection content and classification area

hi all,
i've some matter setting up protection content and classification area by
policy on my server 2003 ad structure.
i've setted up options for content and imported from my server the
configurations for internet explorer, then applied the policy to an unit.
The clients that has explorer 6 for browser has Transposed well the policy,
who against has explorer 7 by browsing are'nt applied that policy.
How is it possible?
is a bug by explorer 7?
