Can not install applications from interent

Can not install applications from interent

I just got Home Vista Premium and i have some problems.When i try to install
something for the interent, it is able to run...but the acutual installaion
wizard never appears. And then i tried to save it and then install..but once
i try to open the application that was saved, a black box comes for a split
second and then disappears....what is the problem??

From your description, it sounds like this is a file that runs a command
from the Command Prompt window. Place the file on your Desktop. Go to
Start/All Programs/Accessories. Click the Command Prompt there.

In the command prompt, enter the path to the file you placed on your Desktop
and press Enter.

Make sure that you trust this file before running.

I have that problem,

I make the download, and this one, complet at 100% normal, but never start
the wisard, and, when i seach the file, i cant find,

you can help me,
