Vista Tutorial - Amount of Accounts Limit

If you go into the Control Panel options and then User Accounts, then
Manage Accounts, there is a limit of 12 accounts that it will show on
that page and only 8 of those show the names of the accounts. There is
no scroll bar like on the login screen, the login screen is fine. This
probably isn't that big of a deal since you can still create accounts,
but the accounts you can't click in the Manage Accounts screen can't be
managed except while logged into that account.
