| Guest | Re: PQPBSUPDATE ON LOG IN Optical What type of account is this, Administrator, Standard, or...? Have you looked in Windows Explorer under C:\Users for a folder with that name? The files in that folder may give us a clue as to where this account came from. It really sounds like a program that was installed created this account that is used to update that software? Also check the installed programs list in Control Panel/Programs and Features to see anything associated with the initials PQ or PBS or.....? Doing a search on Google, all I come up with is the message you posted? Let us know what you find so we can document the information. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Desktop Experience "optical" <optical@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:CB4B5356-038F-4252-9EE0-D9803175A828@xxxxxx

| Guest | Re: PQPBSUPDATE ON LOG IN Optical The only advice I can give since there is no information available for this, is to contact Dell and see if they can identify the program that created the user account. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Desktop Experience "optical" <optical@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:41392A83-CC84-4830-AB0A-974F45D0C9AE@xxxxxx
