Can I ALWAYS be the Administrator?

(Sorry if this posts twice - my browser sessions got killed) Is there someway
that I can ALWAYS run installations as an Administrator? I AM an
Administrator on my machine (I'm the only user in fact!). However, when I go
to install something, I am usually told that I do not have sufficient
privileges. If I simply right click on the .exe, and select "Run As
Administrator..." the installation proceeds normally. How can I tell Windows
that I am allowed to install ANYTHING I want on MY computer?

Hi DomTrump,

You can enable the built-in Administrator account and use it for when you want to install items. That account will give you full access to the computer. This tutorial will show you how. Be sure to read the warning though.

There must be SOME way to create a user account that has the same rights as
the built-in Admin account. Right? Must be some way to disable all of these
warnings and restrictions so that I can get back to "business as usual."

That's what the built-in Administrator account is for.
