Hi njnitehawk,

Re: was an administrator now a user?

this from your post on 64 (i was reading on there before)
Here's How:
1. Open the Start Menu. ***did this***
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd. ***did this***
NOTE: You can also click All Programs (Programs for Classic menu) and
Accessories to see cmd.

3. Right click cmd (at top) and click Run as administrator. (See screenshot
below)
**** could not do this***
by the way i show no screen shots as was stated as well

nothing else

could not go anywhere?

You will always want to have at least one administrator account to be able to make changes to the computer. If you have two, it will not hurt anything. You can delete one of them if you like, or go ahead and keep it as a backup to make it easier to fix the other one if ever needed it again.
