| Guest | User Accounts, Switch User, Hibernate, Sleep, Restart My two year old played with my laptop and now the when I use the arrow next to the shut down option it only displays switch user, log off and lock. I think that I am missing the Hibernate, Sleep, and Restart option from this menu. The Switch user option does not work. I have also noticed that when I turn the computer on it used to display both mine and my husband's user accounts. Now it only displays one or the other and has a switch user button below it. When I click on the switch user button it displays an icon with no picture and says "other user" below it. If I click on it than I have to enter my entire user id and password in order to log in. I know some about Vista and I can't find any user configuration that would help. I have also tried the config hibernate on on the command prompt that was suggested in the online community. I know that there must be a way to fix this. Please help! -- Leisa |

| Guest | Re: User Accounts, Switch User, Hibernate, Sleep, Restart I try it but this method won't work for me. When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, then click on the small arrow button on the bottom right corner, the shutdown option are displayd (hibernate, restart, shutdown). However, if I click on the small on the start menu, there is only logoff, switch user and lock. |
