| | I cant log on to my Administrators Account When I type my password to my Account it says that the service has failed the log on. The password is correct. I could only log on to my guest account. please help me |

Turn on the computer. 2. press the F8 key repeatedly, every half of a second, until a Windows Advanced Options menu opens. 3. Press the DOWN ARROW key until Safe mode hit enter and let the windows to load. |

| | RE: I cant log on to my Administrators Account Hi Mary, About your problem,you can boot into safe mode and logon to Administrator, that Click Start>Computer>Manage>Local Users and Groups>User>Double-Click your account>check it whether disabled hope it can help you |
