Vista - not enough authority

not enough authority

Getting message not enough authority. This is on my laptop and I am the only
one who uses it and it happens even when I am signed on as administrator is
there a way to fix this.

Hello digimapper,
1.) Please qoute the Exact message. " not enough authority" is not it.
2.) Please give one example of what you tried to do when you received the
message.

I get that too. Trying to run NIST time update and get:"User does not have
administrator priveleges - - request to adjust clock not accepted." I'm the
only user & administrator.

Hello paulmd,
Right click on the program you want to run, click Run As Administrator, then try run the program. Let me know of the result. Thank you.
