| | windows vista freezes and taskbar does not unfreeze it Please help me. I have a problem where a program in Windows Vista freezes up and the task bar doesn't unfreeze it. In addition, I am unable to shutdown or restart properly. I have Vista home premiums and 3 gb of RAM. My computer is only 2 years old. Thanks Roses |
